Wedding Jazz Band at Château de Garibondy in Cannes

Our wedding jazz band performed at the beautiful Château de Garibondy in Cannes for a wedding, providing live music during the secular ceremony and the wedding cocktail reception.

Our formation for this event consisted of a singer, pianist and double bassist. Throughout the cocktail reception, we performed a selection of the greatest jazz standards, with a special touch of The Beatles at the request of the bride and groom.

Live Jazz at Château de Garibondy

We performed beneath a magnificent umbrella pine tree planted by Lady Paget, a lady-in-waiting to Queen Victoria. Queen Victoria herself also stayed at the property.

Dating back to the 18th century, the Château de Garibondy was once used as a hunting lodge by the priests of Brignoles. Today, this historic estate provides an exceptional setting for weddings and private events.

A Beautiful Wedding Venue near Cannes

Located on the hills above Cannes, the Château de Garibondy is just 10 minutes from the centre of Cannes and approximately 30 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur Airport.

The estate offers a remarkable setting with beautiful views of the sea and surrounding mountains. Its spacious interiors feature high ceilings, large reception rooms and two south-facing façades.

The property also offers 14 bedrooms, allowing the bride and groom and some of their guests to stay at the château after the reception.

Weddings and Cocktail Receptions

The Château de Garibondy can accommodate up to 200 guests for a seated reception and up to 300 guests for a cocktail reception.

Couples are free to choose their own wedding professionals, including their wedding planner, caterer and other suppliers, while the hosts can also provide a list of recommended providers.

The estate is an ideal setting for an elegant wedding, outdoor dinner or cocktail reception on the French Riviera.
